The next thing I concentrated on was the certification of the agent. Is he a certified one? How many years of experience does he have? Does he have an online site where you can check out his profile? See what his clients have to say about the agent. You can learn a lot about him from his track record. You can also check out the local review listing as well to know more about the firm as well as the agent.

A house is our biggest investment that is an asset for life. So be very careful in your selection. Even if you plan to sell your home say after 5 years still you need to select a proper house after all you are going to live there for those 5 years. We call it “Home Sweet Home” for a reason isn’t it? Your house is a reflection of who you are.
